Kevin has been married to Jana Rousseau Smith since 1997. Kevin has been a pastor in the Louisiana Annual Conference since 1999, serving United Methodist Churches in Monroe, Ferriday, Clayton, Vivian, Pine Ridge and Tangipahoa before moving to Winnfield in 2016. After five successful years of ministry, God brought Kevin and Jana to Ruston to serve at Grace. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University, a Masters of Divinity with Languages from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and has taken additional classes at Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, MO, Perkins School of Theology in Houston, TX and Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. Kevin is an avid sports fan, especially all LSU sports and New Orleans Saints football. Jana and Kevin have several “furry children” including, a gray cat named Sassy and a black cat aptly named Soot. They also have a dog, a retired racing Greyhound named Angel. They enjoy serving the Lord in ministry together.
Nick Wagner was raised in Bossier City, LA by his parents and with his two brothers. He is married to Alana Crump Wagner and they happily live in Dubach, LA with their son Joshua. Nick earned his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Louisiana Tech University and is currently pursuing his Master's degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. He has been employed at Grace since the summer of 2017 and loves working with young people and serving in ministry.

Robyn Smith has served as the children's director since January 2013. Robyn has a love for children that emanates in all of the ministry areas she leads, which include Sunday School, children's church, children's sermons, Vacation Bible School, and all of the children's fellowship and outreach activities! She has earned bachelors degrees from Louisiana Tech and University of Louisiana at Monroe. Robyn is married to Genaro and they have two beautiful daughters named Layla and Naomi.
Gary Teague has served as Grace's Music Director since the beginning of time. Gary served as the band director at Ruston Junior High for over 20 years. He is also a U.S. military veteran and a Louisiana Tech alumni. His talent for leading music is a blessing each Sunday as he directs the musicians and choir. Gary is married to Jeanne and they have two beautiful daughters.
