Brother Bob has served Grace UMC since June 2014. He has been a pastor for 25+ years, serves as the chairman for the Lousiana Disaster Relief team and is on the Board of Directors at the Louisana Methodist Children's Home. As a Louisiana Tech graduate, he and his family enjoy attending sporting events and alumni activites. In addition to his Bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech, Bob has done additional studies at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, and earned a Master's of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. Brother Bob is blessed with a loving family of ladies including his wife, Evelyn, and three daughters; who have blessed him with several fiesty grandchildren.
Nick Wagner was raised in Bossier City, LA by his parents and with his two brothers. He is married to Alana Crump Wagner and they happily live in Dubach, LA. Nick earned his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Louisiana Tech University and is currently pursuing his Master's degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. He has been employed at Grace since the summer of 2017 and loves working with young people and serving in ministry.

Robyn Smith has served as the children's director since January 2013. Robyn has a love for children that emanates in all of the ministry areas she leads, which include Sunday School, children's church, children's sermons, Vacation Bible School, and all of the children's fellowship and outreach activities! She has earned bachelors degrees from Louisiana Tech and University of Louisiana at Monroe. Robyn is married to Genaro and they have two beautiful daughters named Layla and Naomi.
Gary Teague has served as Grace's Music Director since the beginning of time. Gary served as the band director at Ruston Junior High for over 20 years. He is also a U.S. military veteran and a Louisiana Tech alumni. His talent for leading music is a blessing each Sunday as he directs the musicians and choir. Gary is married to Jeanne and they have two beautiful daughters.
